A comprehensive web-based application developed in 2020 for Badan Pengelola Transportasi Jabodetabek (BPTJ) Kemenhub. This powerful dashboard serves as a centralized tool for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the Jabodetabek Transportation Master Plan. With its ability to handle complex data from multiple stakeholders and diverse activities, the Dashboard Monitoring Rencana Induk Transportasi Jabodetabek provides real-time insights into the progress of various transportation initiatives.

 

From infrastructure development to policy implementation, this platform empowers decision-makers with the information needed to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and optimize resource allocation.

Challenge

Monitoring and managing the implementation of the Jabodetabek Transportation Master Plan involves multiple stakeholders, complex data, and diverse activities. The challenge lies in ensuring effective coordination, tracking progress, and identifying obstacles in real-time. Additionally, there is a need to consolidate and visualize data from various sources to facilitate decision-making and resource allocation.

Approach

To address the challenge, we adopted a comprehensive approach that leveraged technology and data-driven insights. Our team conducted stakeholder consultations to understand the requirements and objectives of the monitoring dashboard. We identified key performance indicators (KPIs) and data sources needed to track progress, budget absorption, performance indicators, and location-based activities. Based on this information, we designed a user-friendly dashboard interface with intuitive visualization tools to provide stakeholders with timely and relevant information.

Solution

The Dashboard Monitoring Rencana Induk Transportasi Jabodetabek (Jabodetabek Transportation Master Plan) – RITJ provided a centralized platform for monitoring and managing the implementation of the transportation master plan. The dashboard allowed stakeholders to monitor work progress, budget absorption, performance indicators, and overall achievements in real-time. Interactive maps and charts visualized data on the location of activities, obstacles faced, and key performance metrics, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions and prioritize actions effectively.
The dashboard facilitated communication and collaboration among stakeholders, streamlining the decision-making process and enhancing transparency and accountability in the implementation of the transportation master plan. By providing a comprehensive overview of the plan’s progress and challenges, the dashboard empowered stakeholders to work together toward achieving the goals of the Jabodetabek Transportation Master Plan.
